Our policy

Made to be cherished, not consumed.

We do not offer returns or exchanges. We invest deeply in the craft of every piece, and our policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work.

In their place, we offer complimentary minor alterations within 7 days of delivery — small adjustments to ensure your piece sits as it should. Major alterations may attract a fee. Where a fit issue arises from measurements you supplied to us, you cover the courier costs to and from the atelier, or arrange a local drop-off and pickup.

Refunds are not offered on customised items, except in cases of a defect or where the piece differs materially from what was agreed. Slight differences in fabric colour or texture — natural variations across batches and dye lots — do not qualify for refunds.
